Signature destination weddings and events is what tara pollio floral event-design specializes in. We do not have a retail shop which allows us to focus our energy and creativity on each client. Our studio is designed and equipped to house product for large functions and we offer high quality rental items from containers, urns, arbors, huppahs and other fun props.

Every design starts with a clean slate and is built around each client. No boundary is set in what we can do. If you can dream it, we can implement it. From your custom linens, event rentals and lighting professionals, we work only with the best. All of our flowers are brought in from around the globe, using specialty growers when possible. Our product is cut specifically for us and shipped overnight to ensure quality and freshness.

We offer a complementary consultation where we will explore your ideas, design needs and get to know one another. Communication and trust is key, as we will spend the next few months creating the perfect event for you!

Once you decide if we are a “fit”, a deposit and contract are secured. An on site consultation and planning session are followed by a detailed proposal and estimate. Proposals and estimates take several weeks, therefore they are not provided before a deposit and contract. Bookings for the following wedding season start at least 1 year in advance and dates do book up quickly.
